Being a life-long Arsenal FC fan (having grown up in England and watched them play at Highbury and Emirates stadium, as well as on TV), I was very excited to see that there is an Arsenal Soccer Schools of Hawaii. The school teaches kids to play the Arsenal way – fast, free-flowing, passing-to- feet soccer.
In the time that my son has been with them – already he has become a competent passer of the ball, he is rapidly developing his vision for the game, running into open spaces and learning the importance of width and movement as well as skills on the ball. He has grown in confidence and is very enthusiastic about everything soccer – I have a tough time getting the ball of him when we practice at the park!
I would highly recommend Arsenal Soccer Schools of Hawaii to any parent that wants their son or daughter to learn the skills needed to excel in the sport.

My husband and I wanted to introduce our son to a team sport and Arsenal Hawaii School came highly recommended by a close friend. Our son had just turned six and Arsenal was having their Winter Camp. We signed him up even though he told us he didn’t want to go. On the first day of camp, he received his Arsenal T-shirt and ball. As Coach Peter called him, he ran out onto the field without looking back. Four months later, our son is still having fun and learning more about the sport every week at the afternoon clinics. Coach Peter often expresses that injury prevention and learning the proper techniques are very important elements in his way ofteaching. Knowing this, plus seeing our son having fun is very comforting. We’re very pleased that our son is playing the arsenal way! -

I truly enjoy Arsenal Soccer School. My son has learned so much and sees such a difference in his own skills since he has been working with them. I have seen a change in my son, as well, in that he is much more dedicated and focused in his practice, and he enjoys the instruction and learning with the team. I have to say, as a parent who likes to watch practices as well as games, the coaches really make a great effort to teach the kids the correct skills, but they also teach the love of the sport. The coaches are very creative in their teaching, so the kids never get bored, and they are always learning the correct way to play. I feel the coaches really put a great effort into teaching each of the kids and encouraging them to be better than they ever thought they could be. I would just like to thank you for the wonderful December Soccer Camp. My daughter enjoyed it so much that she didn’t want it to end. All the coaches and the staff from the school made the camp an incredibly enjoyable experience. By the end of the camp we felt like we were all truly ohana. The training that was giving was the best anyone could ask for, it was top of the line training for soccer. The coaches were always very positive and encouraging to the children, really helping spark their love for the game.You could see in the coaching staff that they had a huge passion for the children and for the game of soccer. At the end of each day, it was obvious that the kids weren’t ready to go home, they wanted to learn more! My daughter came out of the camp a stronger, more confident, better skilled player. We can not wait until the next Arsenal Soccer Camp! Thank you so much again!

The Arsenal Soccer Camp was great and lots of fun!!! I learned a lot from the coaches who were all so nice to share their professional skills, their tricks and techniques for playing good soccer. I especially liked the third day when everyone had to compete and earn points by passing and shooting accurately. It was cool!! The camp really improved my skills, and I hope to use everything I learned next season. Thanks Arsenal Coaches!!!!!
